Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation or contract fulfillment) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient request processing).

Technical Service Providers:

  • Azure Speech Services (Microsoft, Region: westeurope) for speech recognition and speech synthesis
  • OpenAI GPT-4 (Azure OpenAI, Region: Sweden Central) for conversation processing
  • Twilio for telephony integration
  • Hetzner (Germany, Data Center Falkenstein) for servers and data storage

Data processing agreements (DPA) according to Art. 28 GDPR have been concluded with all service providers.

Storage Duration:

Call recordings and transcripts are stored for 14 days and then automatically deleted. Exception: With explicit consent for longer retention or if legal retention obligations exist.

7. Data Protection in Applications and Application Procedures

We collect and process personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application procedure. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents to us electronically, for example by email.

If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, the submitted data will be stored for the purpose of handling the employment relationship in compliance with legal provisions. If we do not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted three months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests on our part.
